Taper starts today

About three weeks ago I was feeling good so good in fact I figured I was not going to hit my peak for my race, I was steadily decreasing in speed so this last week I put some extra cardio in and started the fire burning !
I did my 5 km tonight in 34 minutes which made me quite pleased ! I was hoping for a good bike pace at the race but I'm a little worried about the hills ! So I'm predicting a 42 minute swim 3:20 minute bike and a 3:00 run which equals 7.02 with 8 minutes of transition I should finish 1 hour faster than last year that's my goal!
And if the wheels fall off ill take whatever I can get !
