Resting day

Back at it again tomorrow morning, getting stronger getting faster, my only mental problem is a bike brake down and the fact I haven't ran in the out doors in a week but I've put the hours in on the elliptical ! 
This weekend things start to go down a little bit so I might run outside but we will see, I might ride my first 90 km at my race pace without any breaks to test things like my nutrition and I will put a short run in after it also to test my bike to run legs !
